UW-IT is extending the outage affecting the UW Email (Deskmail) service to ensure maximum recovery of data. UW-IT is targeting Wednesday morning to restore the service to the affected users. UW-IT engineers continue to work throughout the night on data recovery. An update message will be sent by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday.

The UW Email (Deskmail) service has been unavailable for some users as of 3:45 p.m. Monday. Engineers are working to restore service by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. An update with more information will be sent by 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
