UW Information Technology is continuing to work with the vendor to resolve the incident with UW Connect which began 10:20 a.m. on 01/23/2019. At this time:

ServiceNow, the vendor that provides our UW Connect Service Management service, is in the process of migrating our service to their backup data center. The vendor is experiencing a data center incident affecting multiple customer sites and is actively working to restore our service.

Email to help@uw.edu and other incoming email addresses will be queued for processing once the service is restored. If there's an urgent need to contact UW-IT, please call 206-221-5000. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
